men i love: experiment with drag and drop

after being thoroughly confused from missing one day of class last week i attempted to do a little drag and drop experiment. this is just to get some basics under my belt. trying to recoup from that missed day definately put me a little behind. it's hard for me to easily pick up...especially when it's picking up the pieces of my shattered, flash-lovin' heart.

i dedicate this piece to three men whom i admire for different reasons.
  • richard: you inspire thousands to get up, put on a sweatband, turn on some beegees and get funky thin
  • bob: you inspire millions to give a giant "fuck you" to the powers that be
  • buddha: you inpire a billion to do both of the above and so much more

brainstorming for my final drag drop project shall commence this week/end.

can't touch that

homonym, homograph, homophone, heteronym...i'm still confused.

but anyway, i created three buttons using animation and sound based on three different homographs (one of two or more words spelled alike different in origin, meaning, and sometimes pronunciation).

my brain hurts.

my clock is a ticking uterus bomb

latest assignment (or challenge competition, as pat put it):
make a clock.
bioclock by ellen

i wanted to have more little animations in this piece but time ran short and my brain ran sad. it took me a while to figure out how each piece of the clock had to interact on what layers and yadda yadda yadda. this flash is a take on an old saying that i'm not particularly fond of, so i decided to jazz it up, spice it out, and uterus it down.

**i think im stuck on vulva mode due to vagina carnival/monologues this week**
i dedicate this work to the uteri of the world.
